Cannot play with a friend online in F12021

Hello. I bought the formula 1 2021 version on xbox series s, but I cannot play with my friend which have xbox one s . I mean, we wanted to play co-op career, but while joining the session, it says that you must be signed in to xbox live.So basically we can do anything, and everything works fine if we don't do it together, but if we wanna play together, well, it's just not working..... How is it possible? What is the solution?,” we think we might have found something to help.

So I'd really recommend you to contact EA Games to see why this is hapenning, since you can actually play multiplayer just fine on this and any other game:

Have you and your friend checked your NAT type? Is it "Open" for both of you?
