So this recently happened......... So I was recording Minecraft clips on my pc and it was saved to captures folder. When I try to play it wuth microsoft video players it shows me a error message 0xc00d36b4 . It will play with 3rd party players. HELP!!!!!

I want to trim the recorded video from
the game, download it,
click "Trim" to trim,
save, run to see what happened
and clip begins at the same
moment at the beginning of seizing (twitch)
and then goes well, and
as with any clip.

Does anyone know how to edit video and put it back on your xbox one?

From the Game DVR screen within the Xbox app, you can access and edit all game clips recorded on Windows 10, as well as clips shared from your Xbox One. Editing in the Xbox app is restricted to Trim at this time. For more info:

I would try playing it with a different app, but I would download it on the Windows 10 store to not get viruses. I have tried using Microsoft Video Player, and it does not work most of the time for me. I think Microsoft video player is mostly meant for footage
from a camera.

Hi Jay,

I think what happened is that the game clip became corrupted when the game was closed and recording had not been stopped.

Game clips and screenshots are saved in the File Explorer\Videos\Captures folder. Take a look in there to see if the game clip was saved but if it is not there then the clip was corrupted and likely didn't record.

The MP4 container format gamebar and many other screen recorders use need to be 'finalised' before they can be played. If the software or OS crashes the video will fail to complete this process and the file will be lost.

There is no way get the file back I'm Affraid.
