Still having problems with Xbox One S Blu Ray app not playing 4K Blu Rays

This issue HAS NOT been corrected. The XB1 S STILl cannot play the Lucy 4k UHD disc

 

No 4K without HDR (xbox one x)

you need hdr for 4k output

I don't think you fully understand

Uhd and hdr are required for 4k output

Unless you have an xbox one s not a x

You can't play in 4k

4k is only for.movies or streaming sources which require both uhd and hdr

But.xbox.one x will do 4k gaming

I've sent you an Xbox Live Message with more information on how to obtain replacement discs that will work on your Xbox One S console.

 

I contacted both studios CS for replacement but they all refused exchange outside US

 

Finally get replacement from Amazon US
