Cannot play solitaire due to 'news' error

I cannot play the Daily Solitair it's locked and says coming soon. Could you please help with this problem? This is a new hard drive in this computer. I can play the standard Solitair games.

I'm also receiving this error code (ERROR 002408) when trying to get into "Daily Challenges" on Mahjong and Solitaire. I can play games, but cannot get to the Calendar. 04/14/2013

I really HATE this new version of MS Solitaire you have forced upon us!!!!!! I have been playing for many years and have gladly paid the fee you charge for Solitaire but believe me that will STOP.

I do not like it at the end of the game that you still have 3 cards in the flip deck exposed and cannot get back to the first card, I have lost several hands due to that SNAFU!!!!!! Must be all the young blood you ate now hiring that want to make it "THEIR
WAY".

I also had this problem with Xbox error code 121010; have done all of the steps you listed above. The last one was a reset of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Did a restart of my computer, but it will not load. Tried again today, but cannot get Solitaire to load. When I opened it up before, the box with the error code came up with two selections: Try Again and Cancel; if I clicked on Cancel, the game would come up and I could play all the Solitaire selections.

Any suggestions?
