    Cannot play realm on Mincecraft


    I got this message while trying to create my realm and join other's realm. I go to check out on the internet on how to fix this and I found that you have to check 'Allow multiplayer' option in privacy & online safety which I'm already turned on. I can play
    online with my friends on normal world and I can join multiplayer server ,but I cannot play on realm while the setting is set to 'allow'. How am I suppose to do?

    How can I add a child's gamertag to the Xbox settings page so he can join our MCPE Realm?

    We are playing Mincecraft PE on our Ipads and Windows 10 PC at home. We do not have an actual xbox.

    My child's xbox live account is unable to connect to the Realm and gets this message:

    "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com"

    I am trying to follow the instructions but am getting stuck at step: "2. Select the gamertag for the child account you want to view or change." (located here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings)
    The xbox settings page only has my gamertag, not his. (Although he is visible in the microsoft family page but that doesn't help with this)

    How can I add his gamertag to the Xbox settings page, to update his privacy and online safety settings, so he can join our MCPE Realm?

    Cant load into realms

    okay so... Since the new aquatic update for Minecraft I cannot load into any realm I can make my own I can play any server but cannot load into realms I have been in for months... Please help

    Among others he cannot play Minecraft multiplayer or Realms.

    Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately I don't think it is currently possible to recover old save files with the utilities available on the Xbox console, so you may have to just cut your loses and continue playing with what you have.

    If you still cannot join your friends Realms, may I know what exactly is not letting you play on Realms? You cannot see your friends' Realms? You can see them but cannot join?

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Regarding Minecraft Realms, in order to have access to its multiplayer features on Xbox One, you would need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription as well. Here are some great support articles
