Cannot play online through XBL

Hi Robo,

Thanks for keeping us updated regarding the account not being able to access realm. In this case, the best thing to do is adjust all the settings for the account. Try the following link:

your privacy and online safety settings on your Xbox One console.

It may be that the account was changed to an adult but the settings were not changed over for everything. It is best to go in and manually change the settings in situations like these. Also, here is the link that was listed above, that did not work

The problem is when I try to save the changed settings it gives me an "unexpected error" with no code. I can access the realm on another xbox account so it's only with one account. That first link says that Xbox live core service is down so I told it to
tell me when it's back online.

Thanks again for keeping us updated on the situation. Please try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add
the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save them this way.
Also, try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy Settings through
a phone, tablet, console etc.
