Cannot play online (Star Wars BF Open Beta): "you are too young ..."

Hello,

i get this Message, when i choose the online feature: "you are too young or don't have the correct permissions to access online features". Has anyone an idea? My Birthday in my Live Account is correct.

I have this same problem. My birthdate is also correct (I'm obviously old enough) and all of my online permissions ate unrestricted. I am the only one on my account (there are no child accounts). So frustrating

 

How old are you? EA does rate their games and if you are underage you would not be able to play.

 

Same problem here kind of. The age and blocks are fine. I can play it in my livingroom which is my home xbox one, but when I sign in and try to play in my bedroom it puts up the "you are to young or don't have the correct permission to access online features".
It is weird that it works on the home one and not the other. I have never had this problem before
