    Cannot Play Online games in Fifa 15


    This problem happened about a week ago and I havn't had this problem for about a month since i got the game. I try to play an online match in fifa 15 and it said i don't have the correct permission to play this on my account. I'm pretty sure this means I
    don't have an Xbox Gold subscription. So i go to the settings in the home page and go to subscriptions and it says "Learn more about Xbox live gold", so i click on it and i try to subscribe for 1 month of gold and choose my payment option. Then it says "I
    have too many of these on my account, I can only have a limited number of these per account", I also tried on a computer and it didn't work. So i'm not sure what to do.

    I am connected to Xbox live on my Xbox 1 but I am unable to access it playing dragon age inquisition

    Same Troubles here. Cannot play FIFA 14 and 15 online on xbox one !

    I get "you use be signed into xbox live to access online features"

    FIFA 15 suddenly cannot play

    You need to hard reset your Xbox One. To do this make sure the console is on. Then simply hold the power button until it goes off, wait for 10 seconds. Then turn it back on and load up Fifa and it should work.
