Cannot Play on line with friend

Have you checked your parental settings?

He may not be showing up in Madden for a few reasons, He could be appearing offline, or not in that game.

I don't know if Madden has any specific method for inviting friends to play but another way to invite your grandson to play is to start the game then press the Xbox button on your controller and then press LB once to go to the People tab, select Friends,
then select your grandson from the list, select Invite > Invite to a game.

you can also invite him to a party from there so you can chat (if you have headsets/mics).

if you have a lot of friends you can Change Friendship and make him a Favourite so he always shows near the top of the list.

I have no idea what a 'turtle beach' USB is, and I don't have anything attached to my 360, but this 80972746 code prevents me from EVERYTHING. I cannot add a friend, cannot play on-line games....etc. Any new or better help? I tried the memory system cache
clear.
