    Cannot play Minecraft.


    Everytime I start up the official Minecraft launcher, it tells me that it could not verify what products I own. And it would not let me play Java or Bedrock. I tried running Bedrock directly and it gives me the "Glowstone" error. What do I do?

    I just accessed it with the old launcher and it was able to recognize that I own Minecraft Java Edition. However, I cannot access Minecraft for Windows with that launcher and thus I cannot play Windows Edition.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to Mojang - "Glowstone:

    Sign-in could not authenticate with all services.

    Try restarting the game or waiting for services to resolve their issues and try again."

    Do you have an Xbox Console Companion installed on your PC? If yes, can you please sign in from there using the same Microsoft account and then, launch the Minecraft launcher to check if there will be an improvement?
