    i am unable to play minecraft online on my nintendo switch because of "how my microsoft account is set up" it doesn't tell me how to fix it, and I have tried everything but I still cannot play online. how do I fix this?

    Hi! Also a little upset here! Minecraft on the PS4 is in a permanent loop of trying to log me into Microsoft and telling me I have an error, even after I go to the website and enter the code only to be told that my email already is attached to a Minecraft
    account. Argh! I've found lots of posts from Dec 2019 with the same problem but no clear answers. Microsoft advisors keep closing the threads without addressing the issue. Homemade videos from Dec show various solutions, but comments there suggest that following
    those instructions will delete worlds. What's going on???

    I wanted to play Minecraft PS4 servers but when i signed into my Microsoft account i couldn't play servers because of the message that popped up "You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up." please help me resolve
    this problem because i have nothing on my account restricting this type of play.

    Please send advice quickly as possible.
    I have the same issue with my children’s accounts. No matter what settings I change, they cannot play with me on my realm.

    This is infuriating especially since it’s only affecting minecraft. I can play other multiplayer games with them, though.

    Its quite a tricky situation, because i lost my microsoft account access because of it, but also i cannot play Minecraft since i cant log in, its a situation both involving Microsoft and Xbox.
