    Cannot Play JoyRide Turbo-Disconnected from XBOX Live


    I have an Xbox One. I bought Joyride Turbo a while back and have always been able to play it until now. I open it, and first it says Disconnected from Xbox Live, then it asks me to download a profile. The profile I am signed in to the Xbox with (which
    has the Xbox live account) is not listed as an option. I choose download a profile and sign in, and it says it cannot download that profile, even though I am already signed into the Xbox with it.

    I have tried removing the profile from the console and re-adding it, and also uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. I am at a loss and very frustrated! Please help!

    Hello Sethuv,

    This is a separate issue you are experience. Joyride Turbo is indeed compatible with the Xbox One, but only the full version of the game. Unlike on Xbox 360, on Xbox One you cannot download the trial versions of Xbox Live Arcade games.

    This is a separate issue you are experience. Joyride Turbo is indeed compatible with the Xbox One, but only the full version of the game. Unlike on Xbox 360, on Xbox One you cannot download the trial versions of Xbox Live Arcade games.

    Just an FYI. This thread was created when JoyRide Turbo was first revealed on 29th April. I enjoyed the trial version I played and I will be purchasing it once I get some Microsoft Points.
