    Cannot play, install, or update games on gamepass


    I cannot play, install, or update any games on game pass on PC. It was working fine yesterday but now it is not. Below are the following steps that i have completed.

    • Restarted PC
    • Checked updates for Windows and Microsoft application.
    • Uninstall/Reinstall/repaired gaming services app.
    • Uninstall/Reinstalled Xbox app
    • Ran the following Powershell commands: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

      start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
    • Deleted the regedit [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]
    • [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

    • Doubled check my time is correct and unchecked auto time adjustment.
    • I am on Windows 11.

    Can anyone else provide any additional troubleshooting steps?

    Oh, I see. If this is the case, it seems like you already tried all the steps. The last resort is to format your PC. This will make your system good as new however you'll be needing to reinstall all your files.

    It Takes Two (and other EA Play games) not installing on XGP for PC

    Keep in mind ea pro games cannot be installed via gamepass

    As they are not yet available on gamepass

    Ea pro requires an actual ea play membership

    Gamepass only comes with standard

    Please refer to the above advisors help for any other game

    Only gamepass ultimate works with steam deck

    Unless you install Windows 10

    Steam.os cannot install games because from gamepass games are windows based

    Only cloud gaming is supported unless you install Windows 10
