Cannot play games from arcade with different account

I made my own Microsoft account when I upgraded from windows XP to 8. Someone in my family owns an Xbox so I downloaded my account to it but couldn't play Minecraft from the arcade when I was logged in with my account. It just said: This is only a
trial, Would you like to unlock full? I don't know what to do.

Your forgot about the summer of arcade skin pack that features skins from this summer's arcade game releases.

 

Cannot play game purchased from Arcade

By "Arcade" I am assuming the Xbox 360 Arcade titles. Some of those were region locked yes. Changing the region on your Xbox One console will affect only the Xbox One titles, not Xbox 360. For Xbox 360 titles you need to change the region using this link.
Sign in to your Microsoft account

Keep in mind that you can change your region only once every 3 months when using this link. You might also lose access to some of your current 360 titles, subscriptions and apps, etc. All info is available on the link provided.

 

You'll need to do a license transfer to the new console then redownload the items from your download history. You can access the download history by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History on the console. There is no need to delete the game before
redownloading it.

What onyx62is didn't say, was make sure you do the license transfer with the account that originally downloaded the games, otherwise it still wont work.
