    Cannot play multiplayer games

    You would need to purchase an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription in order to play multiplayer. You can read more about it here

    Cannot play multiplayer games

    Every time i try to play a multiplayer game i get this message: "The current profile is not allowed to play Xbox LIVE".

    But I'm connected to my profile( I tried with two profiles: and StainlessTwo9) which is connected to Xbox LIVE, and, my console is not cracked' so it isn't the problem. Can somone please explaine me why is this happening?

    Oh, I don't know if it matters but my xbox live status is free user.

    To check the status of your subscription, logon to Services & subscriptions. A Live Gold or Game Pass subscription is required for online
    gaming.

    If you are having issues accessing the page, try clearing the browser cache or use Microsoft Edge browser.

    This happens sometimes with Game Pass games that were previously purchased. I have heard that uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it will clear up the issue.

    that is the biggest load of garbage i have ever heard. that is ripping me off almost $400 for a ban i shouldnt have recieved.

    On PC, you need to sign in on the EA Desktop App using the EA Account that is linked to your account, if you no longer have access to the EA Account you may need to reach out to EA for options such as recovering or unlinking it.
