Cannot play FIFA 19 anymore

Hello, my son cannot play his FIFI 19 game anymore. He can play 1 game and when he tries another, this appears "Je verbinding met de EA-servers is verbroken. Meld je weer aan om toegang te krijgen tot online functies. Zie ea.com/unable-to-connect". When
he tries again, its the same thing all over again. 'connection to ea-servers is lost... First we thought is was a problem with our internet connection, but yesterday the people from telenet installed a new modem, but the problem stays the same... Can anyone
help us please ?

I had something similar in the past, a power cycle worked for me.

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, please run a network connection test and follow any corresponding troubleshooting on our

Connection Solution page.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection

EA sports titles are a bit more demanding when it comes to connection. Normally a Moderate or even Strict NAT wouldn't be a deal breaker, but it could render a FIFA or a Madden useless. If you are unable to resolve this via the troubleshooting wizard, please
post the results on here and we will try our best to get your son back online!
