cannot play digital games

Discus and support cannot play digital games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i am having an issue at the moment and it is that my main account with all my digital games is permanently banned and i cant play them on another...     i am having an issue at the moment and it is that my main account with all my digital games is permanently banned and i cant play them on another account because i need to make my main account the home xbox but to do that i have to sign in which i cant because
    i am banned, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You cannot play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One. This includes digital games also.

    that is the biggest load of garbage i have ever heard. that is ripping me off almost $400 for a ban i shouldnt have recieved.

    I see. Unfortunately, game disc can't be used on your console. It cannot be transferred digitally to your account. You must purchase the game digitally in order to play it.
