Discus and support CANNOT play daily challenges - ongoing for 3 months in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am variously unable to download daily challenge puzzles.     CANNOT play daily challenges - ongoing for 3 months


    I am variously unable to download daily challenge puzzles. In Sept. is was only the "easy" Jigsaw Jammers. Those then became available but soon after I could download NONE of the Jigsaw Jammers. Then it was the Lock Breakers "medium", then ALL puzzles.
    Now I am only able to download SOME BugCatchers.

    The bugs REALLY need to be worked out of this game. I really enjoy it, but I cannot download 90% of these NOR my gold-bar-purchased and free puzzle collections. I see ZERO responses in the Forum from MS. Please respond.

    Can i play daily challenges of microsoft's solitaire collection for the previous months?

    Hello! I'd like to know if there is a way to play the daily challenges for june and the other previous months. I have windows 8 for 3 weeks now and i really love this game and i'd like to play the other months' daily challenges too.

    When I play my daily challenges it is not rewarding my points and also the screen goes off. I cannot play daily challenges. Please help.

    Another error 002000 on Windows 8.1

    I am having this same problem. It will not let me play my daily challenges and it was ok until 12 days ago and now I cannot play my daily challenges.

    Sorry to say that once the month is over, the Daily Challenges from that month are archived and are no longer available and the new month's Daily Challenges are then loaded in.

    @Mister Parks: I don't think it's a problem about my connection, it's simply a bug that not prevent the exceeding of maximum daily challenges that I can complete (5).

    @Lord BaneJ: like I said before, I think only it's a bug, and now the information is stored on Microsoft servers.

    In addition, why Microsoft don't give possibility to play challenges of passed months? I start to use this game in december and I cannot play challenges of october and november, and cannot complete december.
