Cannot play any of my games at all

okay so I have recently had a problem with my Xbox slowing way down and freezing occasionally. This wasn't so bad and was dealable with. But now my Xbox will not let me open any games at all. I've tried restarting my Xbox, leaving it off for up to 24 hours,
turning of wifi router & modem and rebooting everything, I've tried deleting games and redownloading, I've tried everything I can think of and it will not let me play any disc game or any downloadable game. Im not banned. I messaged with customer support and
now I'm just kind of SOL. My Xbox has gone caput and I cannot use it. All the games will start to load and then they kick me off and say that it took too long to start. Anyway thank you

Sea of thieves cannot play multi player game because of security settings

Hi,

Just downloaded Sea of Thieves on a Win10, as administrator. But cannot start the came since I get a pop up saying that I am not allowed to play multi player game beacuse of security settings.

Checked settings at XBOX.com and all are unblocked, but cannot still not possible to play!

Any advice on how to proceed? Currently I cannot start any play.

Unable to play MY games

i currently game share on my Xbox one with a friend and at present I can play all the games he has bought and I have downloaded but I cannot play any of the games I have bought and downloaded myself.

Depending on when you purchased the game, you may need to change the “3 months filter” to the “all available” one.

Hi there! Generally speaking, Xbox has been having quite a few issues lately. Some have been having issues purchasing things, whereas others can't even play their games without having to go Offline. I'd say you should try to clear your Persistent Storage
and then reset your MAC address, at which point your console will reset. After it turns back on, I'd recommend doing a manual hard reset on it to be sure that all old memory is gone so that things run more smoothly for you. Worked for me just the other day
with your exact issue. Hope this helped!

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
