Cannot play any games

I have never previously cloud saved any games but today when I tried to play fallout 4 my Xbox started attempting to sync data for the game. I waited about an hour for it to complete but it would not pass 99%. I decided I would play something else so I tried
booting up wwe 2k16 which would up with the same problem. I have attempted to stop the sync but the games simply won't pass the start screen. I then tried signing in on a different profile and everything worked flawlessly so I'm assuming it had something to
do with my account which led me to uninstall my account and reinstall it which didn't do a thing.

Cannot play any games

I cannot any games except for the ones I have on disc. It either gives error code 0x87e107e4 or says i dont own the game. It is really sad because I spent hundreds of dollars on games and cant use them. Please fix this or tell me how I can fix it. Thanks.

CANNOT PLAY ANY GAME

You have an add about dungeon something that ends with a black screen and does not allow you to go on with your game. It is on the forum already more than 24 hours but nobody is handling this problem

Hi there! Generally speaking, Xbox has been having quite a few issues lately. Some have been having issues purchasing things, whereas others can't even play their games without having to go Offline. I'd say you should try to clear your Persistent Storage
and then reset your MAC address, at which point your console will reset. After it turns back on, I'd recommend doing a manual hard reset on it to be sure that all old memory is gone so that things run more smoothly for you. Worked for me just the other day
with your exact issue. Hope this helped!

Clear cache in your Xbox - press and hold power button on console for 10 seconds.

Try power cycle - unplug all cables from console and wait 1 minute and plug all cables back.

If you can not find a solution, follow these
Steps.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Try doing a power cycle on your console.

If that does not work, check and make sure there are no updates needed for any particular game or the console itself.

If you are still having issues, try uninstalling the game you are trying to play, then reinstalling.
