    I get errors 0x803f9006 and 0x87e107f9 and says to sign on the account I used to buy the games. I AM ON THE DAMMM ACCOUNT. This is getting old for the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I have spent on numerous XBOX LIVE ACCOUNTS and games for me and all my kids. XBOX/MICROSOFT
    get on this. This is NOT COOL ONE BIT. Maybe you should reimburse the thousands I have spent for failure to provide services!

    Cannot play game that I paid for

    So you can't sign into the name that originally downloaded the game? Unfortunately, without access to that account you won't be able to redownload the game.

    This has happened to me before. It should go away in about 30-60 minutes. Last time it started working right when tech support called me back. They really do need to fix this BS.

    So you can't sign into the name that originally downloaded the game? Unfortunately, without access to that account you won't be able to redownload the game.

    The problem is, it isn't in my history (because I had downloaded the game under this user name then I unlocked the trial version under another name some time ago. Now when I go to do that again under that other name, it comes up with an error code. So I
    already have the game on my hdd, it sees that i've paid for it, but does not authorize me to play it.
