    Cannot play a game I purchased.


    I have been playing Minecraft for a while but when I tried to get on it using my new computer it did not work. I had cloned my other computer so it might just be that I have to sign out of everything on my old computer. I did get the free demo but the time on that will run out and I would love to have my creative games back. If anyone knows what to do about this please let me know. I do not want to have to buy the game again.

    Microsoft should give you a full refund directly to your card after you finish talking with your support agent. It may take up to 24 hours to process the refund, so be patient! good luck!

    I selected Subscription and Billing > I would like to request a refund...

    Phone and Chat support are not available for this issue.

    For $5 this is not worth the aggravation, but still a horrible customer experience.

    Unfortunately the Virtual Assistant was not useful. I navigated back to the marketplace page and selected Buy to Own. Now the game works but I have 2 charges on my credit card.
