Cannot play a game anymore that i owned and have played with before

I have 2 accounts merged on seperate consoles and I can play games on one of the xbox if I bought it on the other's account. This works with every game i buy and have worked with Elden Ring too until now. I cannot download or play it, it says that I don't own it althought I have played it before.

I would like to clarify by merge are you pertaining to setting one account as Home Xbox?

If yes, you may need to validate if the account where the game was purchased is still set as Home Xbox by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account where the game was purchased.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".

It will be free in Juggernaut but why does it say I don't own it anymore?I wanted to play before Juggernaut and you get bonuses if you own the dlc when Juggernaut comes out. But I suddenly don't own it anymore.

I'm sorry to have tell you this but if you've been de-ranked in a call of duty game, there is no way to get your rank reset. This an issue with the game developer and publisher not Microsoft. I know it's not fair, but you need to compain against the people
who make the game, they are responsible for fixing these issues.

Treyarch have done a great job with Black Ops, it's pretty much impossible to join a modded lobby in a public match.

I suppose it would be better if the Call of Duty games ran from dedicated servers, like EA's online games do. If they did, modding would be pretty much impossible. The only downside to this is once a game gets too old, they shut the servers down. But
at least you won't run into any modders.

I have also played the game before and i have also not seen this option. I guess it is not there anymore.

I had also stated that i the buyer had agreed that i will not be playing these games and thus the license is revoked. Banks of course discuss possibilities of refunds through another businesses course of action. if refunds were not possible it would not
have happened in the first place. Thus there is a reason why disputes are a thing in your transaction history. I shall continue to ether all of this if i have to
