Cannot play 360 games on my profile on any Xbox One

This started fairly recently. Every time I load up a 360 game while online, it freezes on the 360 logo screen and I can't play the game. If I go offline first, then try to connect to Xbox live after I have loaded up the game, it will freeze on the old guide
and I can't back out of it. I have attempted to fix it by clearing my local 360 cache, and that did not work.

Today, I attempted to play a 360 game on a separate console than mine, on a separate internet connection, and it still did not make it past the logo. So, I used the owner of said xbox's profile and loaded the game up, no problem. Then, I attempted to recover
my gamertag onto this console through the 360 guide, and it froze at probably about 90% of the recovery loading bar.

So, as it appears to me, there is no way for me to play 360 games online or earn 360 achievements. Backwards compatibility is one of the main reasons I enjoy Xbox as much as I do, and I am pretty frustrated with this. Any solutions would be great.

BC Connection problems

I cannot play my 360 games on xbox one because I cannot connect to the xbox live services while doing this so I can't download my profile to even play offline

 

Cannot Sign in on Backwards Compatible Games

Every time I try and play a BC game, it says that I sign in, but when I start the game it says my profile cannot be found or I cannot connect to Xbox Live. I am on Xbox Live as far as everything else with the One is concerned, but when I boot up any BC
game, it will not let me access my profile or any save files. I've tried signing on via the 360 emulator but it always says I cannot connect to Live.

 

Good night. Try restarted the console. Or unpluged the console and internet for 2 minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

If this happens only on backwards compatible games, then I would go ahead and give the steps on our site entitled

Troubleshoot playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One a shot and see if that helps out with the situation.

If that doesn't work then I would go ahead and do what we call a soft reset.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts and have easy access to your internet network, because this will remove them and you'll
have to redownload them from the cloud.
