Cannot pay to change gamertag.

I cannot pay to have my gamertag changed because after entering my desired gamertag. The billing address is stuck in United States and I cannot change it to my country because it is not listed in the regions. I tried looking for people with the same problem but, most answers did not help.

I am from Philippines. Using my partner's card from Malaysia.

Still, they wont take the money to change my gamertag.

Even after making the card, region, and store region match.

I started doubting that they can so I posted here.

Whenever I go to support, it always say something like "Chat is not available for this issue."

Then they go on suggesting me to do stuff that aren't related to my problem.

what region are you in, the payment option and region have to match, some regions either get reduced services or non at all due to many things like government blocks, trade issues, licencing etc etc etc.

Not possible. You can pay 10 dollars to change POGBait to a different gamertag but you cannot change your gamertag to an existing gamertag even if you OWN that gamertag.
