Cannot Pay for Game Pass - Multiple Issues

So my 14 day trial has ended and i wish to purchase another Month.

Unfortunately my Paypal is empty at the moment so I got permission to use a family members Debit Card, multiple issues have arisen from this.

Firstly, I can't put in a postcode when creating a new payment method, I get an "incorrectly formatted postcode" and the Country is locked to United Kingdom when I am in Ireland.

Secondly, even though putting in a British postcode enabled me to save the debit card details, whenever I go to pay now for the past due subscription the only option I get to pay with is my Paypal, the debit card doesn't show up.

Thirdly after clicking "add a new way to pay" I get a page error with the folllowing code: CV: 9aa1uataQEit3eg8.26.14.15

I've been trying to fix this for over an hour now, I can't understand how so many issues arise from a process that should be so simple and straightforward.

Online Passes & Online Achievements

The online pass thing affects more than just people who buy used. It also affects people who would like to rent a game and try it out before buying. Or people like me who have multiple consoles and pay for multiple Gold accounts and don't like the fact
that if my son wants to play one of these games online on his console, we have to pay for the onine pass, despite buying the game new.

 

Xbox One Disk Drive not functioning

I remember the issues however their drives were not reading discs or having to be inserted multiple times, I cannot offer much help here you should try support again, I know it seems unfair but I think you will have to pay for the repair sorry.

Thanks for your post, just to clarify, before the 14-day trial ended were you able to turn off auto-renewal on the subscription? If it was left on and there is no funds on the account it attempts to charge it could cause difficulty with purchasing a new
subscription. Please go ahead and get in touch with us using the
Contact Us portal so an agent can better assist the situation by taking a look at the account and payment methods.

Hi there, I can't see anywhere to get in contact with a person on the Contact Us page, it keeps returning me to this community/questions area?

I can't see anything that allows me to talk with an agent privately.

I never checked to see if I could turn off the auto-renewal, I honestly thought the renewal due date was Wednesday(17th) so I would have had funds ready to go out then.

If it helps I can still play games that I've gotten via Game Pass without any hassle? I'm not locked out or anything from playing them.
