    Cannot open MSSolitaireCollection


    . Says I own this app and when I try to install it a page appears that says "Try again" I try again and again etc and nothing. Can I get help with this? I uninstalled it from my apps page but can't install it.

    Party app is not loading

    I cannot load the Party app, I cannot join a Party, and I cannot be invited. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Ports are open, NAT is open, connection tests are good. Tried a different router, tried no router. I have also tried resetting. Please

    What are you installing it on? Tablet, desktop or phone?

    Operating system is not stolen? It is windows 8.1 or newer?

    Have you downloaded the Microsoft account tool

    From the app store and installed it on

    Your tablet or phone.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with the Xbox 360 not launching your apps.

    If you have not already checked for corrupted files on the console I would advise you take a look into that, many times if there is corrupted files it will start causing these issues.
