    Cannot open Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Collection


    Hi Everyone,

    I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection yesterday, I downloaded it via Microsoft Store, and I can see it created an icon on my windows 10 laptop.

    However, when I launched it, it only displayed a big red window, I wait for 10 minutes, but all I have is still a big red window. Does any of you experience the same?

    It seems to be a general issue that they are working on; it is mentioned on Xbox Status page.

    You can get updated once the issue is resolved by enabling the notification option.

    Try putting the game to start in high performance

    Windows key + i Video tab>graphics settings
    In the field ''choose an application to set the preference''
    Select app from Microsoft Store, select the games you want and click add, after adding click ''options'' and select the high-performance card for the app and test the games again.
