Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

You didn't read my message. I did uninstall & reinstall. No difference.

I am NOT running 3rd party firewall software, just Windows Defender. What's amazing to me is that it works perfectly on my Dell tower system and not on my HP laptop. Same builds of windows 10, same update levels. There are 2 main differences: my tower has
multiple monitors (with higher resolution than my laptop) and it's about a month older than the HP, so the Sudoku was downloaded earlier.

The real problem is that there are no discernable ways to troubleshoot the problem. And it seems like there is no support, either. I understand that all the income comes from ads, but I wouldn't want to advertise on such a piece of frustration.

Hey Mike, is your laptop in the same location as your tower? Also have you tried a direct network connection with your laptop and see if this resolves the problem? I don't think it's related to hardware, but it's definitely related to some connectivity problem.

Also have you tried signing out of the Xbox App (search bar type: Xbox) on your Laptop and then try to resign in again?

I just installed the latest update, and it won't load. What is happening is that it's failing to login to xbox.com from the xbox apps. I can login to xbox.com in edge AND chrome, but I start Microsoft Sudoku and it tells me it's sorry but it can't log me
in right now, try logging in to xbox.com and restarting the app.

Obviously they have problems, but support from Microsoft seems to be at their traditional level: useless.

Same here - Microsoft Jigsaw continues to say "Loading". Hopefully Microsoft will fix this glitch when they get back to work tomorrow. Frustrating!

I have been having the same problem for three days. Cannot find a solution anywhere. Wish it was easier to get help.
