Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

I have played Microsoft solitaire collection, Microsoft jigsaw, sudoku, mah-jong and age of empires for a month and now I cannot open any of these. When I click on them they just hang. Any ideas?

So Microsoft has declined the app so it will not be hitting xbox one now

the reason isn't do to a dmca but they say its a primary gaming experience which means It falls into id@xbox territory then a app and under id@xbox they are not approved as cannot submit a emulator.

So sadly no emulator will be hitting x1

 

Microsoft Edge error 0x80bb0001 on Xbox

I cannot open the Microsoft Edge app on my Xbox one x. I get the error code 0x80bb0001. I have tried a power cycle and have rebooted my router to no avail.

Any help appreciated.

 

I have been having the same problem for three days. Cannot find a solution anywhere. Wish it was easier to get help.

 

I have been having the same problem for weeks now with my Mah Jongg game. It just continues to say "Loading."

 

Same here - Microsoft Jigsaw continues to say "Loading". Hopefully Microsoft will fix this glitch when they get back to work tomorrow. Frustrating!

 

Decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw. This fixed the problem. Maybe it will work for others too.

 

You might want to check to see if you have all the latest Windows Updates for your OS.

 

I just installed the latest update, and it won't load. What is happening is that it's failing to login to xbox.com from the xbox apps. I can login to xbox.com in edge AND chrome, but I start Microsoft Sudoku and it tells me it's sorry but it can't log me
in right now, try logging in to xbox.com and restarting the app.

Obviously they have problems, but support from Microsoft seems to be at their traditional level: useless.

 

So, I've tried the suggestion to reinstall & the suggestion to update everything. Neither of those work. Anyone else have anything? Is someone from Microsoft even looking at this?

 

If you run any third party Firewall software this could be preventing sign-in due to a port being blocked. Try disabling it and then launch the game. If you are able to sign into other Xbox games on Windows, another suggestion would be to reinstall Sudoku
and see if this fixes the issue.

 

You didn't read my message. I did uninstall & reinstall. No difference.

I am NOT running 3rd party firewall software, just Windows Defender. What's amazing to me is that it works perfectly on my Dell tower system and not on my HP laptop. Same builds of windows 10, same update levels. There are 2 main differences: my tower has
multiple monitors (with higher resolution than my laptop) and it's about a month older than the HP, so the Sudoku was downloaded earlier.

The real problem is that there are no discernable ways to troubleshoot the problem. And it seems like there is no support, either. I understand that all the income comes from ads, but I wouldn't want to advertise on such a piece of frustration.

 

I cannot uninstall Solitaire because it is not in my list of apps. However the Store says it is already installed but it isn't. A conundrum!

 

So... There is no one that knows anything about how to troubleshoot problems with XBox apps on Windows 10? I guess no one from Microsoft cares enough about it to even read this forum. Interesting.

A problem with the forums: if someone suggests an answer, there is no way to mark that as failed.

 

Same issues - Cannot uninstall because I can't find it in the lists, but Microsoft says that it is installed on my computer!!!!! Like everyone else, it seems there is no where to turn for help!!!
