Cannot open game after purchase through Xbox store

I have purchased Rocksmith 2014 through the Xbox one store and fully downloaded the game.

After I attempt to open the game I get the following error message:

Do you own this app or game?

Microsoft has billed me for the purchase and I have the receipt. How do I get a refund?

Ryse: Son of Rome won't play

Decided to play Ryse after being away from it for a while. There is now a problem because as soon as the game downloads, and opens up, it is bringing me directly to the xbox store, advertising the the purchase of the games and any add-ons. I cannot get
the actual game to play. Any ideas?

Easy access to 360 titles

can you make it so the xbox one takes you to the shop on your website using microsoft edge so you can dowload games you cannot purchase on the xbox one store like assassins creed revelations and download and purchase them through there?

Sorry to hear it. The code you listed suggests a region issue. Is your gamertag set to the same region (country) that you physically live in?

could that be why? Maybe we'll get the key in a few days? You can download the first game by going to the store but if it does the same for you, it will ask if you own the game and won' let you open it

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you happen to get an error code when you attempt your purchase on both Xbox One console and the Microsoft Store web page? If so, can you please provide it to us so we can investigate further? Additionally, when you sign
into the Microsoft Store on your computer, please double check that you are signed into the correct Xbox Live account.

If you have a smartphone, are you able to make purchases via the Smart Glass app?

Only way to purchase platinum is through the Xbox Store see as how after receiving this item I was redirected to the store.

When purchasing Bundles and Ancient Coin packs for Sea of Thieves, it is important that you purchase through the correct store for the platform in which you are playing. Otherwise you may not receive the items in which you have purchased!

So this means that if you are playing on the Steam version of Sea of Thieves, then you must purchase your content through the Steam store. And likewise, if you are using the Microsoft Store or Xbox version of Sea of thieves, then you must purchase your content through the Microsoft Store.

This is due to how your purchases are redeemed into your game. For example, purchases through the Steam Store are added to your Steam Inventory, which in-turn are 'consumed' into your game during the next boot flow with the item then being removed from your Steam Inventory (the Microsoft Store / Xbox versions are not able to process these purchases). Likewise with the Microsoft Store / Xbox Versions, purchases through the Microsoft Store are not added to your Steam Inventory and therefore cannot be 'Consumed' into the Steam version of the game.

If you do mistakenly purchase Bundles or Ancient Coin packs on the incorrect platform store, please contact the following support channels for a refund.
