Cannot move or copy fallout 3 saves and dlc's and does Destiny data move over to xbox 1 ...

I need help whenever I try to move or copy the saves for Fallout 3 or dlc's it keeps telling me that it cannot perform this action. As well can anybody help me know if I can some how move data or copy Destiny from 360 over to Xbox 1.

Cloud storage and Halo Reach

Hello,

I'm busy moving all my saves to the Cloud.

1. Does anyone know where Halo Reach saves it's data as in the area of my HDD for Halo Reach there are no saved games? It must be local because when I startup Halo Reach it asks me where to load from.

2. Does anyone know if there is (or going to be) an easy option to move/copy files in bulk? I've got about 80 games and in each a few saves (maybe 20 in Oblivion/fallout) and at some point I may well want to copy back from Cloud to HDD.

Copying Xbox 360 Data

I found the directions on how to supposedly copy data from the Xbox 360 hard drive to a USB drive so I can copy it over to my over 360. However, whenever I try the Transfer, all I get is a move, not a copy which would mean I could move my information from
one Xbox to the other, but it would no longer be on the first one. That is not what I want. So, how can I copy all the information on the one xbox (profiles, game saves and the rest) to a USB drive rather than move it? BTW, I tried one at a time, but all that
happens is I cannot copy certain saved game folders because they contain saves from various profiles not to mention I would prefer transferring everything.

Are you trying to move your game save to cloud storage? You cannot move DLC's to cloud.

Destiny data is connected to your account to Bungie's servers.

deleting the data on the old drive?[/quote]Once connected, cancel all the dialogs, then go to Storage. You'll see a Transfer Cable device listed along with your HDD. Data can be Copied or Moved to and from the Transfer Cable just like any other Storage Device,
with the same restrictions. Some game saves cannot be Copied, but can be Moved. Some cannot be Copied or Moved. DLC should be Copyable.

The documentation with the transfer cable says it will erase the old hard drive when it transfers data.

Originally,
the software included on CD would copy the entire source drive wholesale and then format the old drive. The new Transfer software included in the console does a Move of Movable files (games installed from DVD are not Movable). I don't think it formats the
source drive, but I could be wrong.

I'm not a fan of Moving content if there's an option to Copy content. It takes longer to manually Copy, but you retain a backup copy on the old drive.

Original XBOX game saves cannot be copied to USB Memory Units.

They can be Moved between HDDs using a data migration cable.

Have you tried copying over a saved world? I do not recall having to downloaded any skins or texture packs when I moved from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. It's been a while so I might be forgetting that step. The only thing I remember doing was copying over my saved
worlds. Try moving over a saved world and see if that opens up the DLC.

Believe it or not there are some game files that will not let you copy or move them. You would lose all the game data in those files that cannot be transferred. With the cable it moves everything over.
