    I made a new xbox live account for xbox one I purchased from somebody. When I try to message people it said something like because of past behavior cannot message. Why is it saying this? I haven't messaged anyone and just got it.

    i cannot send messages to people

    when i try to semd a message to people it says you are not allowed to send messages to this group. How do i solve this ?

    Host Question.

    No you cannot remove people from your game. When that message appears, host has left the game.

    Having the same exact problem. Tried everything and nothing is fixing it.

    I have original xbox one. I am not in Insider/Preview Program.

    I have turned xbox off and restarting and doing power cycle. Nothing works.

    Are you in the Insider/Preview Program?

    Have you tried waiting on the grey screen for a minute? Nothing happens?

    Have you tried turning off your Xbox completely for 30 seconds and restarting?
