    I can't tell if I'm reported. It's been a week and I have tried everything but it's not working. I have a good reputation and never trash-talked with any player. Please fix this issue.

    Party chat/in game chat and messaging I've been banned?

    It won't let me speak or listening to anyone or message anyone. It says "because of your past behavior you cannot message."

    I forgot to say that I cannot find where to type in the gamertag to whom I want to send a message to? I can choose anyone on my friends list but I cannot find the place where to type in a gamertag.

    Hello J Stark x,

    I'm sorry to see you can't send messages. However, are you currently able to send messages on the Xbox.com Website?:
    http://xbox.com/ . If this error is currently on the Xbox 360 please try these steps:

    1.) Clear system Cache 3-Times(Settings, system, storage, hover-over the hard-drive and click (Y).

    2.) Test Xbox Live connection(Settings, system, network).

    3.) Re-download Profile

    If theses problems still occur after the steps I provided please let us know.
