Cannot make this your home xbox.

I cannot make my xbox, my home xbox for my account. It says 3 times a year and i only did it one time this i'm 1000% sure.

There are a myriad of reasons this could happen. But now that it has happened, you need a fix for it. The best suggestion I can give is to contact official xbox support and talk with them about resetting your home Xbox function. They have access
to your account and have the power to do a reset.
So I would suggest giving them a call. You can find their contact info at support.xbox.com/contact-us and make sure to talk with official support as Ambassadors cannot reset your home Xbox for you. Good Luck! And, it is always helpful if you return

Cannot make this your home Xbox

I bought my first Xbox One last October & set that as my home Xbox, upgraded to an Xbox One S on release for 4K content which I set as my home. Now we've sold the old one & bought another One S but it's giving me this message. I'm 100% certain I've only
set 2 consoles as home but it's saying I've already used 3? Or is there a way I need to remove the old one from my account first?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
