Cannot make purchases through the avatar marketplace- xbox one

I meant to add that i can purchases games

hey there try checking your avatar awards in the avatar editor to make sure

then go to your hard drive and look at the avatar section and see if its there

or try checking for them on xbox.com avatar editor

or try this

You don't need to use both consoles connected in the same time. If you purchase an avatar item from the marketplace through your xbox 360 it will be available for your avatar in the xbox one console as well. For the moment there are a few free avatar items
(like the Mercy Wings Prop) you can download to try this out

To purchase avatar items you need a valid method of payment in your account (like a credit card) or you can use prepaid currency cards.

Hi and thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately those steps did not help. My account is not restricted in any way ( I can purchase any kind of content for Xbox One) and as I don't have an Xbox 360 anymore, I cannot purchase from it.

I have Xbox 360 games already installed, so at some point I was able to purchase them. Although it seems that since some months I cannot anymore.
