    ive been trying to buy fifa points for 3 days now and for some reason I cant, I have money in my account and I also have checked the billing details, any help would be appreciated

    Puchase Cannot Be Completed!

    I'm trying to make a purchase but it keeps telling the "Purchase cannot be completed at this time."

    Kinda frustrating!

    I keep trying to purchase minecraft and I keep getting different error codes such as yxwoTCdxW0Kaeztm.9.2 and error code 2rblLlNUrkiDY6jI.8.2 I cant find anything on these codes I'm getting from trying to start a purchase

    Have you tried on the console?

    What error do you get

    In order to use account balance for dlc you must purchase via the console

    I see, are you able to add PayPal as a payment method from here?
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    Don’t forget that your payment method needs to be issued and billed physically in the same country you selected in the payments tab

    And, if possible try using a different wifi network or share mobile data via WiFi hotspot and give it a new try in that way

    Which error are you receiving when try to purchase something?
    Would be great if you attach a Screenshot (cover personal or sensitive info if necessary)
    Is this the first time you try using the card for purchases?

    No, I've used it quite a few times. It started when I tried to purchase dlcs on my laptop. Message just reads oops. Something went wrong. Attach a screenshot at my earliest convenience
