Cannot login to Xbox store or purchase gamepass

cannot login when accessing the Microsoft store in Xbox, I am trying to resubscribe to game pass but I can’t do it on console and on PC the only option I see is pc gamepass. Need help. All regions on my console, account and billing address are correct and matching, I can login in my Microsoft account and Xbox profile but can’t access the billing and subscription sections in my xbox

Please try making your purchase from a browser on the web store. Just make sure you're using the same account you use on your console. Here are the purchase links.

That's because you cannot access gamepass games on xbox 360

Gamepass is a xbox one or higher or pc only feature

You would have to purchase the games with your gamepass discount

Just login to Microsoft Store app and download any gamepass games and try if you can play it.

First destiny is no longer part of the gamepass

If you purchased it with the gamepass discount then you can keep it

But it cannot be played freely thru gamepass

If you are getting it from gamepass i would suggest downloading the xbox beta app and try again from there

I purchased the game directly from the store. I did not purchase gamepass.
