Cannot Login to Online Servers for Various Windows Phone Games (Windows 10 Mobile)

Hello,

Recently, after the issues with the Xbox services started (shortly after the announcement of the store shutting down on Windows Phone 7/8), many games that depend on the Xbox service for Online capabilities stopped properly functioning. The achievement issues
were impacting Windows Phone 7/8, but this is impacting the entire ecosystem. This ranges from leaderboards and stats not tracking, to straight up crashing when the game starts or failing to connect. The games were working perfectly fine before the services
issue started, and this does not appear to be related to any Store functionality issues.

Known Games with Issues (There are more than this list):

Tetris Blitz - Won't connect to start the game

Despicable Me: Minion Rush - Can't download the maps to progress in-game, fails before reaching server (authentication?).

Twin Blades - Can't connect to the server to track/unlock achievements

Monster Burner - Can't connect to the server to unlock achievements

Would it be possible for someone to look into why this is happening?

Having the same issues. Jet pack joy ride is one for me.

Batman crashes on launch. Uno classic does not connect unlock Achievements for me either.

Several leaderboards are down.

Please look into this.

Having the same issue with jetpack joyride tries to connect to xbox live then crashes was working before the store shutdown announcement

Yes, for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8, if the game exists on both platforms then it has one achievement list PER platform, so that's two sets of 200 Gamerscore. Often the game will sync progress and achievements between both versions, but not always.

For Windows 10, however, it is likely we will see only one shared achievement list for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile as the game will essentially be the same version but optimised to run on the various platforms.

What Windows Phone are you using exactly, and what Windows Mobile version is running on your phone?

Do you still have Windows Phone 8 or are you on Windows Mobile 10?
