Cannot login to new xbox -- it tries to force me to add my username over and over

I want to get an app. It wants me to login. It says If you have a Microsoft account use that email or phone. Then it gives me a virtual keyboard to enter the email address and the password. It then says my username "is here already". Another user on this
device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here. How do I just login, using the account that is already there? All it allows me to do is add another account over and over.

LOCKED - suspended accont due to failure to renew subscription

i cannot add my credit card from over seas it wont accept it. What now? is there a way to bypass the whole being in Korea because i cannot add a new card it will always tell me that its unvalid

 

Gamertag changes.

So I finally decided to change my username on my Xbox One but after an hour I wanted to boot up my Xbox 360 and it seems it didn't sync from my xbox one new username and still has the old username. Do I download the profile or do I wait till it updates on
the Xbox 360 version? Because I can't access my Xbox 360 at all with that error saying "Xbox Live cannot login after changing gamertag."

 

And if I try to delete an account it says all clear there are no accounts on this xbox.

 

And one other thing there is a button that says Get New Account or something similar. I cannot even select the button. Is there a way just to do a system reset on the device and clean out everything, or would that even help?

 

you can try this :

1)Hold the Xbox button on console for 10 seconds till you hear beep/s. and power on again.

2)reset your Microsoft password on
