    Cannot login to Minecraft - Need help


    I just bought Minecraft starter edition for pc yesterday because I wanted to play with my friends. I cannot login to the game to go online. It just says "We tried to login to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong". That's it.

    I've tried several password resets, pc restarts, reinstalled the game twice, refreshed my dns, turning off firewalls, and contacting the xbox help chat (cant find a live support for Microsoft) that only told me to try things I already did. I'm at a loss.
    I just bought it and I cant even play it. I gave up trying last night and decided to try again today again with no victory.

    Also just to note, it shows all of my minecoins and and content in the marketplace, but yet I cant sign in to actually go online?

    "Microsoft Account is already connected to a PSN Account" even though I never linked one.

    After contacting them, they said that they couldn't help. I even tried to use a different Microsoft Account, but it is still showing the same "Failed to login" error message. Please help as I cannot play Minecraft at all, and as a gamer, it is needed. 😉
