Cannot login to live with my profile.

the reason for Login with a different gamertag is using a different email.

it might be a single character that is missing or entered incorrectly so it can be difficult to find out but if you give xbox Support a call they can, after asking a few things to confirm speaking with the account owner, tell you the correct email address
and help to Login again

Same problem to me. Every time prompt me to input account and password, but failed! The above method tried, but cannot download my profile. Also, tried to delete my profile but still failed! Actually, the home screen show I am already login my live,
but it prompt me to login when start playing game!

Same issue. Strong Internet connection but cannot login to Xbox live. Also try to reinstall my profile, and received the error “problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem“

Ah ha ... interesting. I redownloaded my profile, and that worked. I then went and set the 4-digit passcode on my profile, and the problem resurfaced. I removed the passcode and the error does not occur on the initial start-up and login.

So, it seems that I cannot do both, protect my profile and protect my Live account. This should be fixed.

When you try to download your Xbox Live profile gives message "sorry, Xbox Live Profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Please try again later. 800704CD" But I'm trying to login for two days. Please help.
