Cannot access to xbox insider hub

Hello.

i have a problem with xbox insider hub.

Every time i try to launch the app i got this message:

Please check back later. We are still processing your registration.

It's about 1 year that i have this problem.

I think it's because my gamertag got an enforcement action on 20/5/2015 but now it's lifted.

My gamertag was already on preview program.

How i can regain access to xbox insider app? i need it because i got an invitation for sea of thieves beta and for download the client the insider app is necessary.

He is unable to unenroll as he cannot launch the Insider Hub anymore because it states that his account needs to be an adult account. He doesn't understand how he was able to install it a year ago as he's always used
his child account. We don't have a pc, is it possible to access the insider hub on a Mac? Or perhaps login on a browser? Although, won't he have the same issue on whatever device he instals the insider hub on, that he has a child account?

I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??

Can you log in from there?

I don't have a Xbox.
