    Cannot login/save data to cloud


    Hi,

    me and my friend cannot meet up in Forza Horizon 3.

    He gets a error message (in Swedish) interprets to "cannot save data in cloud" when starting the game.

    Because of this he is in the state offline all the time.

    We have checked firewall - ok.

    Plz help!

    RDR2 Prep - Two consoles, two locations, how do I sync progress for my account?

    Just login to same account on the second console. Data should be synced if saves are on cloud Cannot login/save data to cloud ;)

    I hate having to ask a n00b question, but...

    Since one of the updates, earlier, I cannot figure out how to delete cloud-based save data. It seems I can only delete local data. I use to be able to delete cloud saves, but I don't know what to click on or where to go to do that, now.

    Can someone please enlighten me? Okay, maybe that's asking too much, but could someone tell me how to delete cloud saves?

    The saved data should still be in the cloud. When you login on a new console it should show up.

    You should be good as long as you login on same account and dont delete cloud save game data

    Long as you selected save to cloud in the pass the data should be safe when you re login the profile

    Bandai Namco stating that the problem lies in a corrupted save file in either local save or in the cloud. My first step in combatting this problem was to delete my local save data and the data will not download from the cloud onto my system until I am able to load past the start screen. Since I cannot download the data to my local system I cannot delete it from the cloud from my system. Is there any way to delete the cloud save data in order to play the game again? I really enjoyed the game and would like to be able to play again.
