Cannot login, requires verification. But can't verify because email addresses want me to ...

Hi,

I'm in a bit of trouble with my Xbox account. (I'm using another account that I don't use at the minute). Whenever I sign in, it says I need to verify, I type in the email because I know what it is, but when I go to the email site, the email site asks me
to verify with an email account I'm unsure of what it is. So there is no way to verify my account. And I tried the submit request form. And it said the automated service can't verify the information. So essentially I'm stuck out of my account. And I tried
giving my information to call Microsoft and it said it didn't work and I need to call them. But it will probably bee to expensive for me to call. So can anyone help?

Changing my Alias

I want to add an alias to my account but I cannot because I have a this warning: "For security reasons, you need to verify your primary alias before you can add another alias." How can I add an alias if I cannot verify my primary address? I no longer have
access to my primary email address as it no longer exists.

 

Email Verification Not Working

I receive the verification email, click the link that says "Verify [my email address]", then it takes me to a blank screen. On the Xbox set up page titled, "Verify your email", I click the "I clicked the link" button, but nothing happens. So I retry by
clicking "Resend email." But I just keep going through the same process and can't get past this part of the setup. Please HELP!!!

Hi, almost same problem here. I have a gamertag, but cant log in online on the live because i don't remember my email account associated, and i'm pretty sure it has been deleted tough.

I'd like to put my current email as my associated email for this gamertag, but the support didn't have a clear answer to my problem and eventually told me to contact support through the following link, by putting my actual email address on it. (Recover your account)

email which doesnt require a recovery, of course...

So basically, i can access my account OFFLINE when the console is not connected to the internet, and no email address is displayed on the upper right corner. and i cant access my account when the console is connected to the internet, because of the email
not existing anymore, EVEN if the account wants me to write down my email and the password associated...

 

Try going to Recover your account

If that doesn't work try contacting Xbox Live Chat Support.
