Cannot login Minecraft with PSN

Due to connection issue, I cannot login friends world, so I try to unlinked and log-out my Minecraft account with PS4. But when I want to login again with my PSN account, always show “Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on “PlayStation Network” “

But I only have one PSN account also only one Minecraft account to playing Minecraft, I’m very sure the account is correct.

Could you please help to fix this issue? Thank you so much.

Hi Lucas,

I use two platforms, PlayStation 4 and iPhone with same Minecraft account.

And I linked same Minecraft to my PlayStation network.

Yes, very strange.. that’s why I ask for help

I only have one account on Minecraft and PlayStation network... so I can make sure account is correct.

Any idea? Or how can I clear all link on Minecraft with PlayStation network?

That's really weird, since when you unlink a Minecraft/Microsoft account from a Playstation ID it can only be linked to the same Playstation ID.

Are you completely sure you are signed in with the correct Playstation ID and trying to login with the correct Minecraft/Microsoft Account?

Thanks for reply!! But sadly...

I already tried those solution before, but it’s doesn’t work for me.

I have been try to below ways to fix it, but all failed

1. uninstall and install Minecraft again.

2. Drop all Minecraft data from PS4, and login again...

3. Clear all data and download again, still login failed.

Any idea can help me login success to play Minecraft :-(

Oh I forgot, also please try to clean PS4 cache before launching Minecraft:

On your controller, press and hold the PlayStation button.

Choose Turn Off PS4. To make sure the process works, ensure that the console is turned off and not in Rest Mode.

After the PS4’s power light in front stops blinking, unplug the PS4’s power cable. To clear the cache, it is necessary to remove the power cord from the console itself as well as the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord after 2 minutes and turn your PS4 back on.
