    Cannot log into Xbox one


    I cannot log in to my account on Xbox 1. I have performed the system restart numerous times without success. When I try to log in the circle turns then it goes back to the home screen without an error message appearing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    My 12 year old son cannot log into his account because he forgot his password.

    He cannot log into his email address because he forgot his password there too.

    So I want to change his email address entirely in XBox one. How do i do it?

    Have you had a chance to try resetting your password through a browser with the steps in this

    Change Your Password Troubleshooter    ? If not give that a go and let us know how it goes. If you have 2-step verification enabled you will need to generate an app-specific password for your Xbox One if you haven't already.

    In order to sign-in to an Xbox Live profile on an Xbox One console, an internet connection will be required. You can still use your Xbox One console offline after you have been signed-in, but if the profile was removed or signed out, an internet connection

    Can any body that's not in the same Internet server as me

    Only if they have a xbox one smartglass, and know what your log in and password is. If they don't know your log in and password they cannot connect to your xbox.
