    Cannot log into the xbox insider app. (windows 10)


    Helllo, i was just wondering if anyone knows a solution to my issue.

    whenever i try to open the xbox insider app (on windows 10) it launches to a screen that asks me to sign in, i click the sign in option and a black box appears for a few seconds before disappearing, after it disappears the sign in button is greyed out and
    i cannot do anything.

    i've already tried waiting a little while to see if it just takes a bit to log in, but its stays on that screen until i close it

    (sorry if this is the wrong forum for this type of question, it was the closest one i could find)

    Error Code when trying to log in

    Different code but same problem. Can log into Xbox.com fine but can't log into Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox app, or the Mobile app. Keeps asking for password over and over and over...

    Hello,

    I need help with the Microsoft Mahjongg error. Working with a Microsoft agent, we determined that my Windows 10 system is current, we reset the app data and got the same error - cannot log into XBOX Live with my login. Thank you.

    Likewise. I can't sign in through other apps either. It just shows the pop-up but it is black and then it closes.

    I really wanted to use this, but I think Microsoft have released bad software.

    I am put off by this and have genuinely felt that Microsoft could do better.

    I do not think that Microsoft are all that sincere with supporting PC for gaming.

    Not impressed, not impressed.

    My XBox app was logging into XBox Live intermittently as was the Microsoft Solitaire collection. Now neither will log in at all. Meanwhile, all other Microsoft casual games are working fine. I've tried every solution anyone's suggested (e.g. signing in and
    out, reinstalling, signing in and out with another identity) and nothing works. Has anyone out there any idea what's going on?
