    Cannot log into Solitaire


    I changed the email address associated with my Microsoft account. On a Surface tablet, which was W8 and has been upgraded to W10, I cannot log into Solitaire. I get an error message that I was signed out of Xbox live from outside Microsoft Solitaire
    Collection, that is followed by an error code of 1170000. I have completed all updates, etc that are in the FAQ. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Still cannot log in. Is there a hidden file in the root that needs to be removed to completely
    remove the software, so I can then perform a 'clean' install.

    Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com and then start this app again

    I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.

    I did everything in your message, multi restarts. I xan log on to xbox on the internet, just not the Microsoft Solitaire game. My error is 1470000 and the message is I cannot be logged on at this time. My husband is able to log on the same computer and
    lig on to Microsoft Solitaire. Since I am unable to log on, how would I run it as an administrator? Can you provide more info on the process? My husband thinks I got shut out because my accumulated score was so high. Is this a thing?
