Cannot log into Neverwinter, cannot experience strikes in Destiny (one) on Xbox 1

When I get to the splash screen for Neverwinter (hit A on any controller), after I press A, I'm taken to a screen that wants me to sign up for Xbox Live Gold. I have a current subscription, and have paid up through next month. I then try to pay again, log
onto my account, click subscribe, and I get a message stating that something is wrong "on our end" and waiting could help.

I've been doing it off an on for a few days now (since Wednesday, I think--Thursday for sure), and I keep getting the same message.

Internet works fine (I've watched Netflix through this same Xbox 1). Restarted it. Pulled all cables out and restarted. Still get same message.

Any help?

It wont work with destiny as per the aggreement on your destiny box

You cannot do certain things like strikes with silver membership or join groups as theh are ranked matches

You need full paid gold membership for destiny

Destiny requires an xbox live connection. The whole thing about the xbox live gold required means you cant play those strikes/pvp/raids if you are running on a gold trial membership. You cannot play the game with a silver membership.

I cannot log into destiny on my xbox one says cant configurate files from bungie servers been on their website says I may have corrupt files and need to delete all files on my xbox but cannot delete the achievments so it just keeps coming up with the same

No. He is playing the full version like me. We all can play Destiny with a silver account but cannot do raid, crucible or strikes. We can do story missions, bounties and patrolling.

This issue is still investigating by bungie.
